- One liter of purified water.
- One tablespoon of cranberry juice.
- One fresh squeezed lemon.
- One organic dandelion tea bag.
- Brew the tea in one liter of water and keep it aside to cool down.
- Add cranberry juice and lemon juice into the water and keep it in the refrigerator.
- Drink the entire water for the whole day. For upto 7 consecutive days.
I used to make it the night before and keep it in the refrigerator so that it can be chilled and in the morning I can take it easily. and also add in some lemon slices and cranberries to make it look appealing.
